The Lviv Regional Council will create a commission that will check the appropriateness of the activities of the communal enterprise «Lviv regional book printing house». Such an assignment from the Council was given on July 13, during the session, the chairman of the Lviv Regional Council Miroslav Senik. In particular, he instructed to prepare a draft decision on the creation of a commission on the functioning of the printing house.
Such an assignment was the result of disputes among the deputy corps. The greatest excitement was caused by the words of the Chairman of the Permanent Commission on Communal Property and Privatization of Viktor Doskich, who, reporting, noted that the printing house is old, not acting and proposed it to eliminate it, and the equipment was transferred to other printing houses. Among the equipment, Doskich called only one black and white machine. But the deputy Petr Kolody noted that the region should look at the means to work, because the liquidation will lead to the dismissal of 30 employees. Also, among the proposals of deputies, it was to create a museum center on the basis of the printing house or to use only part of the premises to the printing house, and the rest are rationally used, in particular to rent. During the discussion, deputy Alexander Starovoit proposed to withdraw from the post of chairman of the commission of Doskich, for not coping with his duties. We also add that the question of expressing distrust Viktor Doskich was also raised by the deputies from “Freedom”, but it did not enter the right number of votes.
“For” only 29 deputies voted with the necessary 61. The reason for the expression of distrust was a preliminary meeting of the session, during which Doskich reported on the situation with the department store in the area of the market. He was then also reproached that he could not cope with his duties.
