According to the forecasts of the regional authorities, you can count on an additional 4 billion rubles as taxes that can be obtained in the case of land involvement in agricultural defense, and annual production on these lands for 71 billion rubles.
In mid -2012, the Government of the Moscow Region made an offer by 10 times to increase the tax rate from unused lands — from 0.3 percent of the cadastral value of up to 3 percent. The authorities also proposed ten times — from 100 thousand to a million rubles — to increase fines for legal entities that do not use their agricultural lands for their intended purpose.
