However, a thin gluing layer leads to the need for perfect leveling of the surface. But the wall should be aligned with a plaster mixture.
Before proceeding to leveling the wall, the old plaster is removed from the surface, which is poorly held on the wall. You need to remove dust, dirt, fat. In order to check the evenness of the wall, a level is applied to the surface, the length of which is at least two meters. The long level will allow you to check the verticality of the entire wall. At two meters, small deviations can be allowed, which will not exceed five millimeters.
After you have received a perfectly flat surface, it is recommended to be treated with a special primer. This will allow tiles to stick more reliably. If necessary, put the tile in rooms with high humidity, after processing with a conventional primer, the wall must be treated with a special primer with waterproofing properties.
