Laminate laying rules

Without a doubt, the most popular flooring in the modern world is a laminate. Its main advantages are high wear resistance, simplicity of laying, environmental safety, lack of need for polishing and, of course, external beauty.

Thanks to the thoughtful system of connecting the laminate boards to each other, any person who does not even have special skills can be laid. A properly laid floor is a monolithic coating, with the exception of cases where laminate boards have special sections on the sides.

However, no matter how simple the laying process is to obtain high -quality flooring, it is necessary to accurately comply with a few laminate laying rules. First of all, it must be remembered that the surface on which styling will be made should be solid, even, clean and dry. Therefore, a soft carpet is necessarily removed, linoleum and other hard coatings are not necessary to delete. The second rule is the obligatory presence of a layer between the hard floor and laminate. Most often, a special lining of foam or polyethylene is used for this. The use of the layer provides the “softness” of the floor and the absence of extraneous sounds when using this flooring.

Compliance with these simple rules is the key to long -term use of your premises without extraordinary repairs and receiving true pleasure.
