Construction has long been a priority area. Each year, new technologies appear, which allow an order of magnitude to arrange the construction of houses, apartments and cottages. The construction of buildings made of glass and concrete is gradually fading into the background — it is unreasonably expensive for civil construction.
But the construction of wooden houses from the beam is becoming more popular every year. The main advantage of buildings from the beam is in their environmental friendliness. In addition, thanks to natural wood in the room, there will be a good microclimate, optimal humidity and excellent conditions. Unlike concrete and brick, the tree does not cool and perfectly retains heat. As a result, it turns out that wooden houses are much warmer than stone or concrete. The tree will help to save essential means for heating: the house needs to be warmed less, it holds heat in winter, and in the summer in a wooden house it will be cool.
It should be noted that the walls of a wooden house can be twice as thin as the walls of brick, but at the same time such a building will still be warmer than stone. It will be possible to save on the foundation: a low weight of wood, in comparison with a stone or brick, will advantageously affect the filling of the foundation.
