Volunteer buildings are created using frame technology. This technology provides for inter -story floors, also made on the basis of a supporting frame filled with insulation.
The method of voluminous-modular low-rise construction provides for the factory manufacture of finished modules of the building. The enlarged parts of the building, in size of up to 3.6 m x 11.0 m, are full of factory readiness. The module is a solid structure based on a voluminous bearing frame made of wood or LSTK (light steel thin -leaf structures). Has completely ready -made internal and outer surfaces of the walls and ceilings.
The interior of the module provides for the final finish of the ceiling and floor. The floor has a final protective and decorative coating.
The design of the framework of the inter -story ceilings provides for the necessary openings and holes, to connect exits from the stairs, laying and connecting engineering systems.
The volumetric-modular method of construction is characterized by the production of high-quality houses. This is explained by the factory conveyor assembly of modules. Work is performed by highly qualified specialists. Constant technical control of the quality of the work performed is carried out.
Overlapping of voluminous-modular buildings are distinguished by good indicators of heat and sound insulation.
