The fact is that the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding this issue has long been accepted, but whether the life of the disabled has improved is the main issue of the public. Unfortunately, so far it is rhetorical. According to representatives of local authorities, people with hearing and vision problems will certainly receive apartments. Moreover, the country’s budget for this year allows a special article, which reveals the specifics of investing social projects.
This year, about five million hryvnias allocated about five million hryvnias for the construction of residential buildings for people with limited physical capabilities of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. It is believed that the deaf and blind residents of the state will live in apartments, the total area of which should not be less than twenty -one square meters. The funds for the construction of houses for deaf and blind Ukrainians will allocate a civil service that is engaged in the pressing problems of veterans and disabled people of the country.
