The so -called «demographic explosion», registered in recent years on all continents, made the problem of fertility even more relevant. However, many pairs are concerned that they cannot conceive a child. If the problem is from a man, then in the clinic
If you comment on the state of the problem of the birth rate at the end of the sixties, the next picture is obtained. On our small planet — after all, they say that humanity can become closely on it — too many different worlds have been collected that differ from each other by all that one representative of the human race from another can differ. This leaves its mark on the birth rate. In Hungary, for example, the birth rate (the number of births per thousand inhabitants) is 13, and in Guinea — 60. The population in developing countries of Africa, Asia and Latin America is growing very intensively. Especially great population growth in Latin America, where the population over the past 40 years has increased by 2.5 times. True, these stormy growth rates are explained not so much by the birth rate itself as a violation of the correspondence between fertility and mortality. In Europe in the 19th and 20th centuries, mortality decreased simultaneously with a decrease in the birth rate, as a result of which the growth rate of the population did not change significantly. In developing countries, mortality, mainly for children, has decreased greatly, and the birth rate still remained extremely high. A lot was written about the problems that arise in connection with this — this is the lag of the growth of agricultural products and, as a result, the hunger and malnutrition of the huge masses of the population. But the governments of Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria and other countries are concerned about the exact opposite problem — how to increase the birth rate in their countries: their growth is very low. The distribution of low -cost families in many areas of our country is caused by indigenous changes in the social position of a woman, ee participation on a par with a man in production activities. In connection with the spread of intra -family regulation of the number of children, the birth rate is reduced. To control the birth rate, like any social process, it must first be recognized, to find out the internal causes and effects.
