This allows external finishing work to prepare the facade for staining, without additional refinement of the wall, also avoid violation of the thermal insulation layer and the appearance of cold bridges.
The use of ceilings, from standard reinforced concrete hollow plates, less economically. Such plates have great material consumption and mass, which makes it necessary to attract heavy lifting equipment.
