When approaching the question of how to lay a glue -type cork coating, you can encounter some difficulties of the technical plan, since it is almost unrealistic to align the improperly fixed film.
It should be noted that the Novopren used in these operations sets very quickly.
In order not to encounter such difficulties, professionals propose to use a special technique that consists in the estimate (preliminary) layout of dry finished tiles in the places of future placement and fitting each element, as they say, “in place”. With all this, the material is first laid out on the black floor plane in a special way (the starting point of the reference should be selected in the central part of the room). Next, it should be drawn through the center 2 perpendicular rug to a friend and the line parallel to the walls. They will need to navigate during laying tiles on the base.
It is better to apply the adhesive to the working surface of the material using a special spatula (toothed), after which you need to allow it to “grasp” a little and press it tightly to the floor.
It should be noted that after the completion of gluing, it is advised to ventilate the premises within a day.
It is not advised to start operating the flooring until the time until it completely grabs (often this process takes 2-3 days).
