Sandwich panels

Sandwich panels — an unusual material that has gained popularity recently. Uses most often in the construction of housing or industrial buildings. An interesting feature of this material is that the buildings from it are made directly at the factory, and after delivery to the construction site, they are collected as a Lego designer. This allows you to quickly build, and, if necessary, even break or transport the structure to another place. Sandwich panels consist of two steel sheets, which are covered with zinc or paint on top, and an insulating layer. Some semblance of modern sandwich panels was invented by American engineer Frank Ryton in the thirties of the twentieth century. At that time, the main problem of the material was a long period of manufacture.

Only 30 years later they managed to come up with a technology that significantly accelerated the production process and allowed sandwich panels to gain wide popularity. Among the advantages of sandwich panels, it is worth noting the unusually small weight of the product, which is convenient during construction. They are also striking, moisture resistant and light resistant, which allows the product to maintain the original shape, color and appearance. The material provides excellent isolation, both thermal (due to insulation) and sound. Sandwich panels — indispensable material for walls and roofs.
