The fourth year in a row at the National University of Lviv Polytechnic, a representative engineering of the career fairs were held. Its initiator was the Lviv cell of the Best International Student Organization, the press service of the National University of Lviv Polytechnic said. Not only students of polytechnics, but also graduates of other Lviv universities, who were aimed at taking the first step towards professional career, visited the fair, where more than a dozen leading employees were widely represented. The young specialists have been offered by world consulting leaders KMPG, Ernest @ Young, Nexia, Pricewaterhousecoopers, the largest representatives of the Ukrainian software development of N-IX, Intellias, Soft Serve, World War I Electronics and Engineering Yazaki Jabil and others. The opening of the fair was the original and unusual: instead of a traditional red ribbon, students cut… Business tie as a symbol of its career biography. The main sponsor of the IV engineering Fair of the career was the leading agro -industrial company of Ukraine Agroholding «Mriya».
The name is very meaningful both for the search for young specialists of a promising place of work. The company, which now successfully works in the territory of the four Western Ukrainian regions, offered the fair participants to take a thorough internship in branches so that they master the specialty. The proposals for cooperation from the Lviv bus plant, especially given the participation of the enterprise in the execution of the large-scale order «Euro 2012» and the opening of an additional 700 jobs, are promising for many students. In total, the participants of the fair were offered a large range of vacancies and internships, they had the opportunity to fill and serve their resumes and directly personally sleep with employers. In particular, they learn about how to get a job, what knowledge and practical skills should be owned. Throughout the hours, while the fair lasted, a number of interesting events took place, in particular, presentations of companies, trainings for job seekers, meetings with interesting and successful people, shared the experience of career and growth, master classes, seminars from companies, engineering competitions and t. D. The representative of Soft Serve Anna Sologub praised the results of the current career fair in the Lviv Polytechnic: “This is not the first time we take part in such a representative event. We believe that it is thanks to him that we will be able to recruit new promising specialists, to directly communicate with student youth, finally advertise our company.
I must say right away that political students are our potential workers, because at this university the best specialists in the field of IT are preparing ”. As noted by the chief organizer of the IV engineering career fairy fair Sergey Myakshinov, positive reviews of students and employers O and previous career fairs many. After all, here everyone can really find a decent job. Engineering Fair has turned into a site for business career communication between companies and students.
