We are talking about the right of large mothers for the registration of old -age insurance pension. These payments, according to the current pension legislation, can be appointed women who dare to give birth or take up five children.
Now the retirement age in Russia for men is 60 years, and for ladies — 55 years. If the necessary conditions are met, you can “move” the border for retirement without difficulty.
So, in order to earn a vacation due to raising children, a woman must have at least 15 years of insurance experience by the time the relevant application is submitted. In addition, she needs to provide documents confirming the fact of the birth or adoption of five or more children under the age of eight years. Only with these points there can be a large mother to contact the territorial pension fund so that she is assigned an insurance pension 5 years earlier.
It is worth noting that the vacation to care for the born baby is part of the insurance experience. Until last year, according to the legislation, dad or mother, caring for their child, could count on the inclusion of the childcare period in the experience of the child (until it is one and a half years). However, in aggregate, this experience could not exceed 3 years. Now, starting since 2015, the experience goes for each child, and the total indicator doubles.
