The low-rise construction in the suburbs of St. Petersburg is not pleasing to local residents who are actively protesting against the development, organizing shares and applying to the courts. But only units come to these shares, and court decisions are also not in favor of the plaintiffs. The other day, in favor of the defendant, the administration of Vsevozsk, it was decided to refuse a number of residents of elite cottage villages in their requirements. This time, landowners were not arranged by the construction of the Zemlyannaya Polyana residential complex, which is jointly conducted by Rosstroyinvest and the Times Group of Companies.
As explained by the Deputy General Director of the Rosstroyinvest Group of Companies, Igor Kreklavsky, before that, the abandoned factory was empty at the place of construction. The company bought the land and received permission to build low -rise housing. And if not for the implementation of the project, there would be the ruins of the old plant or some warehouse room.
Today, a project that is characterized by the atypical of architecture is implemented by an active pace. A concept providing for the preservation of a natural landscape, not alignment, has long been used in many European countries — Finland, Sweden, England. The developer is sure that the low -rise complex will perfectly fit into the environment.
According to Kosslavsky, the complex provides several residential sections of 4-5 floors with 450 apartments. In the «Strawberry Valley» there will be a kindergarten, a pediatrician office and a retail outlet.
The complex is located only 9 kilometers from the northern capital, and at the moment negotiations are underway on the organization of a stopping point for public transport in it — the developer is working with the administration of the city of Vsevozsk on the extension of the existing bus route or the organization of a separate. It is planned that by the time the house is delivered, the task will be fulfilled. Also in the residential complex, its own boiler room and modern security system are planned.
Today, the construction of the complex has been performed by 25 percent. According to the representative of Rosstroyinvest, work fits into the schedule. The company intends to hand over the facility at the end of 2018, however, it is likely that the first residents will be able to start to settle here for six months a year earlier than the specified period.
