The presentation of the experiment conducted in Ozersk (Chelyabinsk Region) was presented on the «round table» in the Council. A couple of years ago, a native of Ozersk Konstantin Tsybko, who replaces the head of the committee of the Council of Agrarian-Revolutionary issues and nature management, voiced the issue of contaminated hot water coming to the houses of residents of the region. It is distinguished by a specific color and smell, and among the people such water is known as «technical».To eliminate the problem, it was proposed to install modern heat -excess equipment, heating water to the desired temperature. In Ozersk, the equipment of this kind was tested on the example of three residential buildings. Today their residents no longer use hot water, which passes through the open heating system. And already next year in the city they will continue to transfer residential buildings to a “closed” type of heating system. To change the situation in the country as a whole, the Senator Tsybko believes, it is necessary to make adjustments to the appropriate bill that obliges the local “vertical” by the beginning of the fall of 2018 to approve the programs for the rejection of the open-out systems of heat-consumption.
